宁波企业信息化建设走在全国前列

昨天，在甬城召开的全国民营企业管理信息化交流会上传出消息，宁波市在利用信息技术改造传统企业方面成绩显著，走在了全国前列。数据显示：1万多家企业进入信息化管理阶段，3000多家企业建立了独立的网站，2000多家外贸公司通过电子商务寻找商机，1000多家企业实现移动办公和远程视频会议等移动信息化，50多家企业被评为CAD（计算机辅助设计）示范创建单位，入选中国信息化标杆企业的3家浙江企业全部在宁波……
入选的奥克斯、雅戈尔、大红鹰3家宁波企业成了众人瞩目的焦点。这3家企业早在今年7月就与宝钢、联想、南航等一起入选中国21家信息化标杆企业，被外界认为是“在中国经济、体制、社会、技术、竞争、发展环境下的信息化最佳实践者”，基本上代表了中国企业实施信息化工程的最高水平。
宁波企业的信息化很大程度上是制造业的信息化。扫描宁波的支柱企业，从家电、服装到烟草、通讯产品，宁波企业有七成以上从事制造业；同时，宁波制造业最明显的特点是“两头在外”，即制造产品的原材料主要来自省外，制成品的主要销售市场也在省外，这就决定了宁波企业信息化必须依赖于电子商务的支持。其中有一些企业，不仅把软件功能用到了极致，甚至还把信息化打造成为提升企业核心竞争力的战略工具。
奥克斯集团实施信息化的成功案例，在宁波企业中极具代表性。该企业2001年就斥资3000万元引进德国的ERP（企业信息资源管理）系统，随后又自主开发了办公自动化系统、工程技术信息化系统，共同构建了一个满足企业全方位运作的信息平台。信息化给奥克斯管理带来了质的飞跃：2003年奥克斯年销售空调250万台，比2001年增长了5倍，但库存却降低了32个百分点；2003年整个集团用纸为150公斤左右，而在应用办公自动化系统前用纸量是4.3吨。“最突出的是市场反应的敏捷度和决策速度不可同日而语，比如某型号空调在某地区特别畅销，这个信息通过传输平台在30秒钟内就可呈现在公司领导面前。不仅如此，晚上10时确定的营销方案，第2天中午就可以在全国各地同时执行。”奥克斯总裁郑坚江说。
在信息化的锤炼下，宁波企业的竞争力也不断得到提升：2003年我市规模以上工业企业完成销售产值2582.2亿元，增长29.4%，11项经济效益考核指标得分居全省首位。

又讯（记者包凌雁通讯员姜晗）我市首次参评中国IT年度大奖就占两席。市政府信息化办公室主任陈刚和雅戈尔集团分别获得“推动中国信息化进程突出贡献奖”和“中国信息化建设项目成就奖”。
“推动中国信息化进程突出贡献奖”是中国CIO（信息主管）年会常设的重大奖项之一，用以表彰为中国信息化事业作出特别贡献的10位杰出信息化人士。参加评选的有从事与信息化相关工作的政府官员、学者、企事业单位信息化主管等，具体从个人主要业绩的社会经济效益、影响力、创新性等3个方面考察。
“2004年中国信息化建设项目成就奖”用以表彰实施、建设或应用并取得良好效果的信息化建设项目。参加评选的有政府及各类企事业单位内部的信息化项目、政府及各类企事业单位间的信息化项目、服务于公众的信息化项目等。
